IC Programming Machine
The IC Programming Machine is designed to automatically load IC units from a Tray to Test Station for testing. It performs Laser Marking, packs the tested and marked ICs to a Carrier Tape and winds it into a Reel.
The machine has 8 test sockets for running multiple tests. In addition, it offers Vision Inspection capability to ensure high marking accuracy and integrity. Plus it can be integrated with all major laser brands. The machine boasts a user-friendly interface, is easy to learn and maintain – minimizing downtime.

IGBT Tester with CO2 Mark Machine
The IGBT Tester with CO2 Mark Machine is designed to perform various hot and cold testing such as Dynamic & Static Testing and performs CO2 Laser Marking on 7+ types of Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT).
This fully automatic handling system has high throughput and is able to mark and handle a wide range of materials with repeatability and accuracy. It features a modular design, quick and easy maintenance and a user-friendly interface. This cost-effective solution for high-volume manufacturing delivers improved quality and productivity, reduced cost of ownership and high UPH.

Automatic transfer of IC packages or devices contained in plastic tubes to Track & Singulator unit for hot-temperature DC testing and sorting.
MULTI-SITE TEST HANDLER
Performs high-speed high-reliability testing and packaging of semi-conductor packages. Finished products are packaged into tape on the Tape & Reel module, while the reject packages are unloaded to up to 20 different reject sorting bins.
